Who we are

Voxelwright AI is published by Adrien Pennetier, a sole trader trading as Penra (see the Legal notice). You can reach us at penra.contact@gmail.com.

By downloading or using Voxelwright AI you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy. These terms exist in English, French, Spanish and German: if they differ, the French text prevails.

What Voxelwright AI is

Voxelwright AI is a mod for Minecraft Java Edition (Fabric, Forge or NeoForge) that builds in your world from what you write or say, using Claude Code on your own computer. You need Minecraft Java Edition, one of those mod loaders and your own Claude subscription (Pro or Max) with Claude Code, which are not provided by us: Anthropic bills the subscription separately and its own terms apply to your use of Claude.

Voxelwright AI is an independent project. It is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Anthropic. The same goes for the Fabric, Forge and NeoForge projects.

The mod is built for the version of Minecraft announced on the website, and for the three mod loaders Fabric, Forge and NeoForge (not for other loaders, and not for Minecraft Bedrock Edition). We do not guarantee that it works with every version of Minecraft, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Claude Code, with other mods, or on every computer.

The optional voice mode recognises your speech on your own computer (see the Privacy policy). Your use of Claude is under Anthropic’s own terms and your own account.

A free mod

Voxelwright AI is free: you can download it and use it without paying, without creating an account and without a licence key. It does not check anything with a server of ours to work. We do not sell it.

You may use it for your own personal use, on your own computers. Any other copy, redistribution, adaptation or use needs our prior written agreement.

Donations are voluntary: anyone may make one on Ko-fi, a third-party service whose own terms apply (see the Privacy policy). A donation is not refundable and gives no right: no feature, no advantage, no priority and no support service. Everyone has exactly the same mod, whether they donate or not.

Provided as it is

Voxelwright AI is beta software, provided free of charge and as it is, without any warranty beyond what the law imposes. The AI can make mistakes: keep a backup of the worlds that matter to you, even though each build can be undone. These terms do not limit the rights that mandatory law gives you.

We do not guarantee that the website, the downloads or the updates are available without interruption.

What the AI can do in your game

When you ask for it, the AI can run any game command and place any block with its data (command blocks, chests and their contents, signs, spawners…), administration commands included. On a multiplayer server it has only your own rights: it runs your commands as you, under the server’s rules. The server sees these commands as if you had typed them yourself, and its rules apply: find out before using the mod on a server that is not yours. Blocks it places can be undone; what a command changes is not in the undo history and cannot always be reversed.

Back up your worlds before a big request. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of a world, a file or a save caused by what you asked the AI to do. Within the same limits, we are not responsible for a penalty (a kick, a ban) that a server decides on because of what the AI did.

Rights on the software and on your builds

The mod, the website and the Voxelwright AI brand belong to us (see the Legal notice). We claim no rights over what you build in your own worlds. Minecraft and your use of it remain under Mojang’s and Microsoft’s own terms.

Open-source components of the mod keep their own licences: see the third-party notices.

Responsibility

Within the limits allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury, for fraud or for gross negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, without removing the protection that the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you as a consumer, including the right to bring a dispute before the courts of that country. For business customers, the competent French courts have jurisdiction.

Changes and end of the service

We may change Voxelwright AI, add or remove features, or stop offering it, at any time.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
